John, Jackson Harbor makes kits for the Mcount frequency counter.  You'll need
to add a little stuff to complete it etc. and have someone put the thing
together for you.  There's a guy (Chuck something) who was doing the kits for
blind folks but he only did that for a couple months.  I've written him several
times over the past year or two and he's just not doing them any more.  He says
he doesn't have time so you'll have to get someone put it together for you.
Jackson Harbor doesn't sell the thing assembled.

P.S. Science for the Blind which later became Science Products had a talking
frequency counter but it was some craxy price that was off the scale.  I don't
even know if they're still in business much less if they will still sell the
thing but you'll pay a lot for anything from them.  I think they're in
Pennsylvania if they're still around.
