we talked about this a long while back on the list.
I thought someone at that time mentioned he got an audible level from a 
hardware store, at least one that would beep or emit some tone when level or 
plum was obtained?
lazer levels are so cheap and accurate these days, that I would be surprised 
if a deluxe model didn't offer a beep or some sort of audible indicator of 
plum lines or when perfect level is reached.
I thought a price of no more than $30 was mentioned.

it's really too bad an accessible level sells for over $150 when a regular 
old run of the mill level can be had for $10.
same with tape measures...you can pickup a deluxe heavy duty 25ft tape 
measure for $6.99, but one that talks will cost you well over $100.
hmmmm...
