Independent Living Aids used to sell an audible one that I have for I think 
around $30.

I was curious about an audible level, so I went to Google, after checking
some of the adaptive equipment sites.

It looks like Lasco Lazer and Instrument Co. may have what you are looking
for.  Of course, the drawback may be the price.

A 24-inch level sells for $159.+
A 48-inch level sells for $185.+
