ic-7000 needs a power supply, i know some of the icom older all mode rigs 
had build in power supplies, but I'm not sure if that was 220 and 440 only 
or 2 meters too, the 375 and 475 I know had one, 275H didn't but I don't 
know about the A, and those are all expensive even now. good luck.
