I was in the office when my husband was visiting his cardiologist.
DH asked for a fasting insulin test, and the doc said he doesn't DO
diabetes. Of course 2/3rds of his patients HAVE diabetes, but he can't
be bothered. If it walks like a duck, and quacks .........

He's not going to that doc any more.
