Hmmm, well, as a former owner of an Nc-300 from back in the 60's, it wasn't a 
solid-state receiver.  I suspect it had some solid-state components, probably 
diodes, but it was most definitely not solid-state.

There is a site which has old manuals, but as far as I know, you have to pay 
for them and you get a .pdf version.

Where can I find a list of the national receivers nc300 and better?

I also need their manuals in text.

I am only interested in the solid state receivers, no toobs.
