It doesn't matter.  The point is that they didn't tell us that it was refurbished.  They clearly implied that it was a new unit.  Besides, I paid additional money for the long life battery and the expanded memory.  Had they told me in the first place that it was refurbished I might have looked at things differently.  But Mike Kalvo was on the pushy side when he was selling those units.
