Yep, Tom,
Longmont and such places around Bolder are more liberal toward installing
towers and antennas than Bolder. But it is legal for a woman to go topless
anywhere in the city of Bolder, day or night, in the public but you can't
put up a damn tower more than a foot tall. Go figure. On second thought,
if Brailling is legalized, maybe I'll take that over a tower anyhow.
