Hi, everyone.
I won't go into all of the infinite details, but the XYL and I will be
moving to the Boulder, Colorado area this Summer. I'm going to be taking a
position at the National Center For Atmospheric Research (NCAR). My job
will involve helping to run and co-ordinate the Weather And Society
Integrated Studies program out there.
If anyone is interested, I can tell you more about the program, and what my
new duties will involve, but my purpose in writing this note is just to let
you know that if I go silent for a while, it's because of the move.
I think I remember Phil from the list being from Colorado, so Phil, if
you're out there, I'll be tapping into your wisdom on repeaters and the like
in the Boulder area. ... I'm also aware of the Boulder Area Amateur Radio
Club (BARC), and I'm about to write an e-mail to them introducing myself.
So, big changes are happening here, but all looks good!
