Hey Shaun,

I don't know how your Department of Communication applies moral standards to 
licenses down under, but offering cracks of Jaws or other software is a 
violation of copyright and international law.  There are former hams here in 
the States who've not had their licenses renewed because of moral terpitudes.

Not only that, but the sharing of cracks doesn't help us because it deprives 
the software developers of revenue that they could use to make further 
improvements to their product.
