No, other than the lethargy, but I was zero-salting at the time.

It's been three years, and it might have been faster than normal in the
beginning, but I was so happy to be rid of the arrhythmia that I didn't
care.

Those who take potassium (gluconate or citrate) say that it doesn't work
if you are magnesium-deficient.
Next week I'll see if sodium solves it.

It would be a wonderful fine thing if there were an accurate and
reliable test that shows what minerals we need/deficiencies.
Lacking such a test, I suggest doing the proven common deficiency
supplements - magnesium and iodine with occasional potassium.
Note that this raw zero carber does not react the same to supplements.
This is an understatement.
