Hi Jim, Yes, good point. The potassium supplements are the most important because they prevent the increased risk of kidney stones - the most painful side effect of a ketogenic diet. I suspect that the reason this didn't happen to the Inuit is that they were eating sea salt with most of their food and it has enough potassium to avert this problem. best wishes, Ron On 10/02/2011 8:56 AM, [log in to unmask] wrote: > I take two tablets of this Magnesium Citrate product daily. > > http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=magnesium+citrate&rls=com.microsoft:*:IE-SearchBox&oe=UTF-8&rlz=1I7ADSA_en&safe=active&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=13562517766729340817&ei=LxhUTYf3PMX6lwfJu8HLCg&sa=X&oi=product_catalog_result&ct=result&resnum=4&ved=0CD0Q8wIwAw# > > > > I believe that adds up to 300mg a day.
