Does anyone have any experience eating gluten free in Guatemala? I'm
traveling there in May (staying in Anitgua for the majority of my stay).
I'd really appreciate any advice from people who have traveled there - what
to watch out for, what are typically safe options, etc. (i.e. should basics
like corn torillas, rice, and beans all be OK for the most part, or are they
sometimes prepared there in ways I should be concerned about?) Any tips or
experiences you've had there would be much appreciated!
I will summarize. Thanks in advance for any help.
