Thanks to everyone who responded.  We really appreciate it.  Following are a list of grocery stores and restaurants that were recommended;

    Grocery stores:
    Whole Foods at 102nd and Dodge (in the Regency area) - largest selection
    Hy-Vee - health market
    Bakers
    No Name Nutrition
    (None are near the airport, but one respondent promised Omaha is not that big.)

    Restaurants recommended:
    M's pub and/or Vivace. (excellent and had separate g/f menus)
    Pudgy's (gluten free pizza & hot wings)  - 15-20 miles from airport
