Someone on this list recently wrote to me that their nutritionist had
advised them to avoid quinoa, amaranth, teff, and buckwheat. These
alternative grains are the staple of my diet. I have never had an
adverse reaction to them. I'm shocked to hear that they might be
suspect for celiacs. Can someone give me additional information?
