Over the last four years, I've written on my blog four times about gluten free matzo recipes as well as posted a video on how to make it. After receiving a flurry of emails this past week about how to make gluten free matzo, I thought it might be a good idea to include a Gluten Free Matzo recipe roundup post on my blog with an explanation that goes a little bit into the making of matzo. If you're interested, please go here to read it. And may those of you who celebrate have a zissen Pesach!

Regards, Ellen
it's so easy to be gluten free!
