I noticed that some of the mail order grass fed beef suppliers are supply
some 70% lean ground beef and I recall reading somewhere that fatty grass
fed burger builds muscle fast.

I can't find any Paleo diet authority recommending burger as a food choice
better than lean grass fed beef, though.

I assume that I'm correct in my assumption that the fat in a grass fed
burger all good for you (?)

Thanks

-Allan
