Pemmican needs good fat; I tried coconut oil, not the right stuff for me.

People who really need to supplement with potassium (atrial 
fibrillation) and have spent years finding the best bio-available use 
potassium gluconate. Mine is from "now", it's a pure powder.
Those deficient in potassium, you should also check for magnesium 
deficiency. It's not an easy test, as blood work does not show it.
