For one to add melatonin to the list of supplements for people
following the paleo diet, you must show how our eating and lifestyle
results in a need for melatonin. Clearly our clothing, indoor
lifestyle and moving away from the equator gets us less sun, hence
the need for Vitamin D. But melatonin?

For every supplement out there I'm sure you can find someone touting
the need to take it. But that doesn't make it paleo.

Don.
