Thanks for the reference. That journal is an outstanding resource. It's
editor, Jose Antonio, is also a frequent contributor to Iron Man Magazine.

Of fitness publications, Iron Man has remained an open forum unbiased by
commercial interests since its founding in 1936. Ron Goleman, MD, president
of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and quite an athlete himself
also frequently contributes. Iron Man's policies and legacy are such that
it's the sole place I, too, contribute publications.
