Bull shit. The experts also claim that the RDA for vitamin D is still 
200 IU. And they claim that whole grains are an indispensible part of our diet.

Figure it out this way. We lived outside on the African savannah with 
no clothing and darker skin. No 15 minutes will match that.

There is plenty of info out there pointing out that to prevent cancer 
one needs a lot more D than people are getting now.
