HI All,
I've missed some of this thread but based on the past few, I'd like highly
recommend Chris Kresser's new book "Your Personal Paleo Code". He talks
about this very thing....how to refine Paleo to fit YOU!! He has a three
step program
with recipes, supplement and exercise suggestions. It's really a great
piece of writing and info.
