As is common in e-books, we have an amateur author that has done some
research and written a book.
The book has you minimizing egg yolks as they are high in
cholesterol. It includes a small amount of peanut butter based on
studies that have connected peanut butter with prevention of heart
disease. It allows a small amount of whole wheat bread for those
without gluten allergies or celiac disease. And oatmeal is allowed.
She has you avoiding fatty meats. She has you drinking fruit juice.
She wants you to carry water around with you at all times and adjust
to drinking more water.
In summary this is a typical self-help book filled with suggestions,
but no recipes. It is mostly paleo, but the author can't make a break
with the general diet advice she has seen.
