The author is a dinosaur who still believes in Pasteur's defunct germ
theory of disease, choking is a disease (!), and not adapting to carbs
is a disease!
And wtf has evolution to do with this? Other than to boggle the minds of
the innocent with a big word.
We've heard of the elephant that laboured and brought forth a mouse;
Wiley-Blackwell laboured and brought forth the foolish Cordain diet.
No wonder university graduates write like idiots, when this is what they
are taught.
