The majority of carnivores that I know, mostly from the internet, are female. That doesn't mean there are more female than male, that's just the ones that I know.

Subject: meat vs fruit balance

We all know where William stands when it comes to eating fruit. Now he's a guy. Are most of the people on zero carbs male? It is possible that as women were the gatherers, and men the hunters, that women ate more carbs in the past. And therefore they are adapted to eating more now, and a zero carb diet would be wrong for them.
