Art DeVany's material is copyright, a point he made on his old free blog
and which he repeats on his new subscription blog. 

He makes the material available to subscribers for their own use, but
not for wider distribution. Art may be open to a cooperative arrangement
for commercial purposes - you should approach him directly.
