Phil,

I am thrilled to learn of George's further healing. Thanks for sharing this
with us.

As for your thoughts regarding the future of "Safe Place", keep them to
yourself . . . at least until the right time <SMILE>

I am interested in George being an intercessor and you say "in a very
unusual way". Now you've got me wondering . . ..

Please assure him of our love and prayers and he can join the list whenever
he's ready!

Carol

Subject: George Update

> I had a fifth prayer session with George in Oklahoma last night. He has
not
> been able to work for the last nine months because he had become so
> emotional dysfunctional, it made it impossible for him to work. Last
> Tuesday, after only a single prayer session, the Lord gave him a job at
> Wal-Mart and yesterday was his first day. I had mentioned before, George
> had a fear of death and dying. The Lord has been going to several
different
> places and healing George and establishing a new intimate relationship
with
> him. This includes repairing the areas of his life concerning the broken
> and fractured relationship he had with his father. Last night, during a
> short 45 minute prayer session, George was healed of three places of
> woundedness and fear all at once. Additionally, when I asked if he needed
> to pray about anything else, he said, Yes. He wanted to pray about the
deep
> loneliness he always felt. We began to pray and a memory of his father
came
> up and we focused on that memory and allowed the Lord to heal him. He
> literally felt the loneliness lifting off of him as the Lord healed him.
> George has a mission of some kind that the Lord wants him to do in His
name.
> I think I know a part of it but I haven't told George, although George has
> tried to get me to tell him. George is an intercessor, too, but he just
> doesn't know it yet. Regardless of what he doesn't know, the Lord has
> already begun using him as an intercessor in a very unusual way which I
> won't try to explain now but when he told me, it about blew me away it was
> so powerful. Additionally, when you pray for George, also pray for his
> daughter, Jennifer, who has these serious physical problems. I believe
> George is going to come on to this list some day and tell you stories you
> will find almost impossible to believe. In praying with people this last
> year, I am always amazed at how rapidly healing comes once the healing
> process begins. In George's case, we have prayed five times in 8 days for
a
> total of about maybe ten hours. He knows he isn't crazy now and he knows
he
> is being healed and he knows God is in his life and working in some very
> powerful ways. As an intercessor myself, I am always totally amazed at
how
> the Lord works through prayer and through agreement. I am also so
> privileged to be a part of watching the Lord heal His own people that the
> enemy has trapped. I asked George last night when we were done praying
how
> he found safe place fellowship dot com. He did a search on a search
engine
> and typed in
>
> Christian - chemical imbalance
>
> and one of my articles on that topic popped up. When he saw the words,
Safe
> Place Fellowship, he went right to it and clicked on it. He started
> laughing, he told me, when he started reading because he said, Here is a
man
> as crazy as I am right now and he found healing. I am convinced more than
> ever the direction the Lord is leading me but if I told you what I feel is
> in store for the future of Safe Place Fellowship, you wouldn't believe it
so
> we will let that go for another time. Besides, maybe the Lord will come
> before then and that would suit me just fine.
