It is really sad that people can be randomly hired and fired at will without observing the stipulations in a guiding reference -the constitution. I have a fear that the trend will victimize a lot of people. No wonder the intellectual brain-drain is on the rise. I don't blame you if you say "naw! I am not working for you."
