Hey Paul,
Just to encourage you a little: if you've lost five pounds, that's a lot
for one week! The most successful diets are the ones in which you only
lose one to two pounds a week. Your body can adjust much better. Also,
if you plateau, don't get discouraged and don't quit! Your body is just
playing catch up and taking time to adjust to the new you. It may also
be trying to get you back into your bad habits, but that's when Paul's
advice, Not you, but Saul Paul, kicks in. "I beat my body and make it
my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be
disqualified for the prize." 1 Cor. 9:27
