Brad,
I understand your frustration, but I just have one thought in response,
and I hope that you'll think about it. You're right, people like to see
results, they like to see that they have invested well, but too often
that is feeding the sinful nature of walking by sight and not by faith.
If your church has reached a plateau, it may be so that you can grow
deeper roots instead of broader leaves. Just think about it.
