Hi Jerry and group;
To my knowledge, if the radials are on the roof the antenna also needs to be there. I think that generally if it is ground mounted you need ground radials.

us. Yesterday morning it was 19 degrees where I live. My above ground po=
ol had ice on the top of it, also Sunday morning.
