I'll definitely check audioadvisor.com out.

Will hold off on the call, though, because of needing to get ready for some 
open houses for realtors, and a couple of other obligations this week-end.

Check out the offerings from audioadvisor.com. This is an online store in
Michigan.

They tend to carry reasonably priced audio gear and great quality Canadian
speakers.

What sets their offerings apart is that many of the receivers they sell
(particularly the stereio ones) gasp, still have real tone controls and not
just stupid menus and touch screen buttons.
