Yup. Happened to me too. Hope Blake got it sorted out. The thing works beautifully once you've got it running.

      Reason I went over this was that more than once, I would connect my HT 
  and run the software and nothing would work.  It always came down to having 
  forgotten to bring up menu 9 and changing the setting.  LOL
