Hi Tom.

R and L lost a big order from me, precisely because they told me they
wouldn't install the speech chip into a TS-2000.  I called Ham Radio Outlet,
and it turned out to be a cheaper deal from them, and they installed the
speech chip in both the 2000 and the TM-v71A.
