Hi Barb, it is an Icom R75b reciever in New York and it is very speach
friendly!  The only minus is that there is no way to tune the reciever, so
if you land on a frequency and hear someone a bit off, you have to try and
guess how far off they are and re-enter the freq.  The URL is:
