A couple of years ago, several of us were able to obtain the MCount, a multipurpose device, which among other things is a Frequency counter giving results in CW, and useable for HF, VHF, and if memory serves, even some UHF frequencies.
The units sold for under sixty dollars, depending on who built them, and what kind of box, reverse polarity protection and other features were desired. The two folks who were building them a couple of years back, aren't at the moment, but one has said if there's enough interest, he'd consider a restarting of that building process.
Any Interest? Let me know and I'll get in touch, or put you in direct contact. Thanks, Danny Dyer, Wb4idu.
