Hello,
I called x m and had them to send another activation code and it still does 
the same thing.  I have tried it on different channels and still get the 
same thing.  How do you reset the tunner?
That is the only thing I haven't tried.  what I have done is un plugged it 
and let it set for a while then plugg it back in.  but this doesn't help 
either.
