The TH-F6A is easily programmed.  The arrangement of beep tones at key 
points in the menus makes it easy for a blind person to program the radio 
through the keyboard.  Pl encode and decode, dcs, memories and loads of 
other functions can be set without sited assistance.  The software is free 
and accessible with jfw.  The learning curve may be a bit steep but soon all 
this will become second nature.  You can get accessible manuals, and other
