I am about to reformat my hard drive to clear away some issues then
reinstall XP and everytihng else.

Couple questions. One, I still have IE 6 but use Firefox. Is there any
advantage to installing IE 7?

I am going to install a new hard drive and create a two drive system,
and put XP on the primary and other programs on the 2nd. Generally, when
installing programs, the default path is on C drive. Is it possible to have
it default to D drive? I am wondering if I will have to have my wits about
me at all times when getting updates for installed applications. LOL

Any other tips for creating a successful two drive system? Thanks.
