And the best piece of confidence in dining there comes from the fact that the president/CEO has had Celiac most of his life.  You will be so impressed with the atmosphere, the food, and the service.  I live in South Windsor and Boston so my experiences have been many.  I couldn't be more pleased.  Someone is doing it right!  Eat well and enjoy!
