I am an adult with CP and I benefitted from Transcendental Meditation (TM) which is a stress reliever in the same ball park as yoga. Every time I do it, the process relieves both physical and psychological stress. The process involves just thinking, so my CP does not interfere. I have done it for 20 minutes twice a day for 40 years. I was introduced to TM when I saw the Beatles talking about it on the Ed Sullivan Show.
