The SAT is the 100 watt version, so it would take about a 22 amp supply.
The HX model runs 200 watts and needs a 45-amp power supply.  I don't own a
TS-480, but read the QST reviews and a lot of e-ham reviews before I bought
my Yaesu FT-950.
