What is confusing you is that they try to make one manual fit every model.
Sometimes, that gets in the way, especially when you are listening to the
manual being spoken, rather than looking at a print or Braille document.

Here is what gives:

The 200 watt model, which is known as the TS480HX, requires the 45 amp
supply.

The 100 watt model, the 480S A T needs 20 amps.

I would put the 100 watt A T model on an Astron 35 Amp supply, which is what
I use with my TS570, or the 25 amp switching supply from MFJ. These are much
cheaper power supplies than the ones sold by Kenwood. Either of them have
plenty of head room to run the 100 watt model very well.

If you still need the Kenwood number, I think I have the number for one of
their service centers at work, and I can post it here tomorrow evening.
