Exactly right, Harvey.  Many broadcasters have been limping along on aging 
analog transmitters and atennas  figuring on just making it to the deadline 
and retiring the old gear.  Unfortunately, the government did a lousy job of 
getting the word out on this and now they've created a big mess that will 
get bigger at least for the industry, if they delay it.  Lou
