Le Pais Basc es un nation e dunque in illo on pote crear un Association pro
Interlingua.

De facto, le Association Basc pro Interlingua jam existe. Illo es nunc un
subsection special del Academia pro Interlingua usque a su acceptation per
le UMI.

Espania non es un nation, ma un stato plurinational.
