I can't give advice on your dosages but I have the
same condition and need to take exactly 2.5 thyroxine
tablets of the type that I use per day which is a high
and unusual dose. However, I found this out by
swinging blood test results etc.  and having periods
of being ok and other times feeling absolutely yuck.
So figure out with your doctor the exact dose that you
need and it should work for you. I also found that
taking a low dose T3 supplement helped stop the brain
fog significantly.
