Hope things will get better for you, glad to see you back.

Palomar engineers have  a kit  with a bunch of stuff as well as other 
toroids and ferrites:

When I got my amp I got a load of split beads from:

They don't seem to currently  have  as many different sizes of split beads 
as in the past.   A few months ago they had  4 or 5 different sizes for 
wires between 1/4 and 1/2 inch diameter.
