The rule used to be 1 foot of elevation for every 100 feet from the center 
line of the runway.  In your case, it's not a problem.

The other two issues are: 1) you may have zoning issues where you live; and 
although the governing body is subject to the PRB-1 requirements, they only 
have to allow you a reasonable antenna.  So, putting up that 100-foot tower 
may not be possible.  2)  You might live in a homeowner association which has 
private CCR's Code Covenant Restrictions; those you can't fight because there 
hasn't been legislation passed covering these private restrictions; PRB-1 only 
applies to public governmental agencies.  3)  Even if you can put up a higher 
structure, at a certain level the Federal Aviation Administration requires 
lighting.  I don't remember if that is at 150 or 200 feet.
