Hi All,
I just found on the internet that Craig-O's pizza
http://www.craigospizzaandpasta.com/ in Austin, Georgetown and San Marcos,
TX has gluten free crusts. I emailed the manager and this is the list of
ingredients he got from the supplier:
White Rice Flower
Water
Potato Starch
Potato Flour
Tapioca Flour
Sugar
Canola Oil
Xanthan Gum
Salt
Yeast
Corn Meal
so this crust is not only gluten-free, its also dairy-free, egg-free and
soy-free. I told the manager he should advertise this fact as well. I
asked him about topping ingredients, and he is going to try to find that out
for me, he orders the toppings from Sysco and Roma foods. I am beyond
excited since I can't have any of that. My sister tried the crust last week
and said it was thick and very good.
