In summary, everyone basically had the same message that being do not buy your grains or anything for that matter from bulk bins. There are just too great of a chance of cross contamination.

Some suggested buying factory packaged buckwheat. There were two products oner person suggested: 1. Hot Buckwheat Cereal by Poncono, the supplier is Birkett Mills. 2. Kasha by Wolff's

Interesting fact that millet, corn, rice, sorghum, buckwheat, sunflower seeds and some beans all may be rotated with wheat, not just oats!

One man wrote that Buckwheat in particular can come from various sources.  It can be grown in isolation and carefully cleaned to create a GF product.  It also can be a
contaminant in wheat fields and is then segregated in wheat cleaning and
sold as buckwheat,

So to be on the safe side, many have advised to call the company to see how strict they are with the harvesting and milling process of their buckwheat and whether or not they do test for gluten in their product.

Thanks again for all that posted. I learned a great deal!!!
